What types of fitness equipment do you have?

We have a wide range of equipment, including cardio machines, free weights, strength training machines, and more.

What are your operating hours?

Our gym is typically open from 7am-10pm weekdays; saturday 9am-9pm; sunday 10am-6pm (8am-10am females only) We may have special hours for holidays however we are usually open normal hours during holidays furthermore we have never closed since first launching.

Do you have personal trainers available?

Yes, we have certified personal trainers who can help you with personalized workout plans and guidance.

Can we use the boxing bags or use mats for combat practice?

Unfortunately not. Since the extended floor was previously a dojo our aim is to make it a complete gym hence the legs & cardio machines are on the first floor. It is vital for this floor to remain peaceful due to the therapy massage room being located next to it.

Do you offer group fitness classes??

Yes, we offer a variety of group fitness classes. Check our schedule for class times and types.

Is parking available?

Sorry there is no parking available, however the street parking allows paid parking within certain slots on the ends of the roads and free everywhere after 18:30.

What should I wear and bring to the gym?

Comfortable workout attire and proper gym shoes are recommended.

Do you have locker facilities?

Yes, we have lockers which are padlock based with showers and storage facilities for your convenience.
